OH MY GOOOOOOOOOD!!! It was so cool!!! I have a school :) It's real :) It's a real live school now :) schoolofembodiedworks.com GO SEE!! and sign up for the substack! You can click the link for that on the school home page. I will share so much more there, and if you feel like helping give some folks some scholarships, you can be a paid subscriber, it all goes into making the school happen and helping students attend. Very very officially, I am now approved to teach massage therapy and coaching in the state of Colorado through the School of Embodied Works. If you want a little peak of me speaking to the board members about a super unique course I made called Touch Talk (which is part of the Massage Therapy Foundations Program) here's a glimpse of it that: Board video (that part is two minutes long, the rest is silly). Any one who takes the massage therapy foundations program will be certified to sit for the board exams and get licensure, so if you have any day dreams of being a human helping humans through touch and deeply skilled communication - come learn with me! And if you just wanna party and celebrate the brand new school AND 10 years of Stability in Motion, come to the open house on October 16th here in Denver from 6-9pm. I LOVE what I do, and I am thrilled to be able to share it now, not just with clients, but with people who want to do this stuff too. It is so very possible to live a life where you are financially supported for showing up for people, helping people feel better in their bodies, and in the meantime learning loads about yourself and how to live a life you want. I am ecstatic that I get to share that, and support people in doing that. Let's all take a minute to wiggle our bodies in glee and joy for what is possible! There's plenty in this world to feel truly sad, angry, livid about - all of that is real. AND - and. There is much to celebrate, much to tap into and feel in awe of, tickled by, happy for. Whatever that is for you today, I strongly encourage you to find it, and really feel it - Stand up, clap, wave your arms, jump up and down, but just celebrate the things that you love and feel good about. "Why?" because you can! What a gift! Better question is "why not?" I love this! I love the support I've gotten from all of you, truly thank you 💜

October 14, 2026 Can you take it easy, Reader? My answer has been no. Really it's been more of "ha, that's funny" or a "why would you even ask me such a thing?" or a simple, "fuck. no." Seriously, it has felt super tough to chill out, physically impossible. I've got sooooo much going externally and internally that the "free time" on that most days on my calendar is large enough to cook or eat or go grocery shopping but certainly not all three. Needless to say I'm alternating between hungry,...
October 8 2026 How are you, Reader? No really, how are you? I want you to tell me, and that's why I asked. If I didn't want to know, and I asked any way, I could claim that I am just being polite, doing what people do to say hi, but I don't really believe it's all that polite. “I hate how are you” said a client two days back. They were not the first ones to express this sentiment, and I tend to agree. The conversation we had after was a perfect example of the unexpectedly juicy thing that...
